A member of iSeek Solutions’ executive leadership team stepped in to lead all aspects of an Insurance client’s Technology organization, including strategic planning and resulting initiatives, day-to-day oversight and support for the client’s hardware and infrastructure, budgeting and administration, and management of subcontractors to ensure delivery of reliable and quality IT services. iSeek’s consultant filled a key void in the executive team and provided leadership and continuity within the client’s organization.

In collaboration with a trusted technology partner, iSeek Solutions technology experts supported a university’s IT organization with procuring and deploying technology to upgrade the IT backbone and infrastructure, ensuring alignment of the university’s technology with its business and academic strategies.

At the request of a Municipal Government, iSeek IT consultants, in conjunction with a trusted technology partner, oversaw system architecture and development of the methodology, technical and procedural tools, and communication processes necessary to migrate 6,500+ desktops from an existing operating system to Microsoft Windows 7 and Microsoft Office 2010. iSeek’s approach to and delivery of this sizeable migration ensured implementation of necessary upgrades with as little disruption as possible to day-to-day functions.
